Speech Language Pathologist

MedStar Health seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in adult and pediatric patients. In this patient-first, mission-driven role, you will provide evidence-based therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams across our regional healthcare system. Responsibilities include administering standardized assessments, documenting outcomes in the EMR, educating patients and families, participating in interdisciplinary case conferences, mentoring staff, and supporting quality improvement and clinical education initiatives.
