Kitchen Dishwasher / Busser

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Dishwasher / Busser to join our team in Napa. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and collecting used dishes and wine glasses.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Support front-of-house cleaning and service needs as required.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist team members with various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen and serving experience is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
