Director of Operations

We're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing vacation rental portfolio. This role oversees housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships to ensure every property is guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams
• Ensure all properties meet company quality standards through routine inspections
• Oversee preventive maintenance and resolve operational issues quickly
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational performance
• Partner with guest services to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Develop processes that improve efficiency and property readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, hotels, or property management
• Experience managing multi-site operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational processes
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
