The facility operates 5 Labor and Delivery rooms and maintains established clinical workflows to support continuous care delivery. Support staff on site includes 1 resident MD, MD locum group coverage, 3 CNMs, and an anesthesia group. About the Facility Location

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide inpatient and clinic-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage at an on-site facility in Vermont, beginning as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. The clinical schedule consists of an 8-hour clinic day plus 12 hours of call, structured across day and night shifts with in-house call at a 1:4 or 1:3 call ratio. Clinic responsibilities include prenatal, preventive, and postpartum patient visits. Inpatient responsibilities include performing deliveries and C-sections.
