Lead Consultant | Identity Management (IDAM)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – Identity Management (IDAM) with strong expertise in Auth0, identity orchestration, solution design, workflow development, and implementation . The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure identity solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions using Auth0 .
• Work on identity orchestration platforms , workflows, and authentication journeys.
• Understand enterprise architecture and translate business requirements into scalable identity solutions.
• Design, build, and test user journeys based on business requirements.
• Develop and implement secure authentication and identity workflows.
• Apply security best practices, particularly for mobile application development .
• Collaborate with architecture, security, development, and business teams.
• Analyze existing identity processes and recommend improvements.
• Support solution implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience .
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Identity Management/IDAM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Auth0 – Mandatory .
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Design .
• Experience with Identity Orchestration platforms .
• Strong understanding of authentication and identity workflows.
• Experience designing, building, and testing user journeys .
• Good understanding of security best practices for mobile applications .
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical identity solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
