Intermountain Health seeks a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to lead inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health nursing teams. This role oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based, trauma‑informed care for diverse populations. The manager will coach and mentor nurses, support interdisciplinary treatment planning, manage budgets and quality metrics, and drive regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to improve outcomes, support staff well‑being, and advance process improvements aligned with Intermountain’s patient‑centered, mission‑driven culture.
