Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Life Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions, assist with treatment planning, and support rehabilitation goals for senior residents. You will perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities while closely monitoring patient progress and safety.
