Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership within our patient-centered health system. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses. You will mentor sonographers, coordinate workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. The Lead Sonographer helps maintain equipment standards, supports accreditation and quality initiatives, and promotes a culture of safety, compassion, and inclusion while serving diverse communities across Georgia.
