This facility maintains established clinical protocols and the resources necessary to support trauma surgery coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings on an on-site basis. The facility is structured to accommodate both day and night shift coverage, with infrastructure in place to ensure continuity of trauma surgery care delivery. Clinical operations are configured to support locum tenens clinicians throughout each assigned coverage period.

The South Shore of Lake Michigan offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Outdoor enthusiasts may enjoy fishing, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and golf, with destinations such as Indiana Dunes available for exploration. Cultural attractions including the Albanese Candy Factory, Fair Oaks Farms, Friendship Botanic Gardens, and lakefront casinos provide additional options for leisure during time away from clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians will provide coverage across day and night shifts, with day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and night shift hours from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Clinical responsibilities include trauma surgery case management across both care settings, with on-site availability maintained throughout each assigned coverage period. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours.
