Caregiver for Home Care Full-time

Milton Hershey School seeks a Student Support Caregiver to provide daily care, supervision, and encouragement for students in a residential education setting. In partnership with educational staff, you’ll support students’ academic routines, life skills, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include supervision in student homes and campus activities, helping with homework, modeling positive behavior, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment aligned with MHS’s mission of holistic, cost-free education and personal growth for every child.
