Physical Therapist

Stellar Senior Living seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to support residents in our senior living community. In this onsite role, you will assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities, then design and deliver individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, balance and gait training, fall prevention, and detailed documentation. You will collaborate closely with nursing and care staff, educate residents and families, and help foster a supportive, growth-focused community that enhances quality of life for every resident.
