Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient rehab care for adults recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and medically complex conditions. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers. Responsibilities include patient and family education, documentation in the EMR, participation in interdisciplinary team conferences, and supporting a faith-based, patient-centered culture focused on safety, respect, and clinical excellence.
