Industrial Electrician Benefits & Compensation:

Industrial Electrician Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; electrician schooling or apprenticeship a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or comparable electrical roles preferred
- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work any shift (8-hour, no rotation) and overtime as needed
- Must pass a drug screen and maintain a clean background
- Experience with AC/DC overhead cranes, wound rotor/DC motors, AC/DC drives, hydraulic systems, and large machine tool controls is valued
Industrial Electrician Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Safely navigate the plant environment, including heights and uneven surfaces
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Support housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
- Adapt to changing job responsibilities and priorities as needed
