• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Ensure accurate loading, delivery, and unloading of concrete per job specifications
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
• Maintain a clean truck and support a strong safety culture on every job

• Valid CDL License.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
• Ability to follow instructions, job tickets, and site requirements
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Capability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overtime as needed

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
