In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination of rehab-focused treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support patients’ recovery goals, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation.
