Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards, all within a supportive and growth-focused culture.
