Registered Nurse

Ansted Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Ansted, WV. The RN will deliver hands-on clinical care, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring resident conditions. You will collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, and providers to support long-term, short-term rehab, and post-acute residents. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships with residents and families while growing your skills in skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.
