Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 36 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience 2+ years minimum of independent practice. Pediatric experience required. Ability to recognize patient fatigue and changes in condition and know when breaks are needed from scanning.

Preferred Skills/Experience 3 years preferred.

Required Credentials Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date. ARDMS Adult (AE) registry with pediatric experience.

Preferred Credentials ARDMS Pediatric (PE) registry preferred.

Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

Unit Details Outpatient clinic located in the Webber building attached to the hospital. Neonates/newborn, pediatric, and adults with congenital heart disease; serves premature babies through patients in their 60’s. Average daily volume: Outpatient - 6; Inpatient - 2. Uses Phillips equipment.

Shift & Scheduling Every 3rd weekend, with additional weekends available if desired. Call shift will start after last clinic patient of the day and go to approximately 7am. Call: 1-2 nights per week. Weekend call is Friday morning to Monday morning. Holiday expectations: call only (practice is closed 6 days per year). 4 (9’s) per week - weekday off will rotate each week. Schedule cycle: typically, 12 weeks schedule; subject to change. OT available.

Floating Requirements Traveler will work between the clinic and EMMC and will float between inpatient and outpatient care areas.

14 days maximum time off
