Certified Physical Therapy Assistant

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation services for seniors in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to promote independence and quality of life. You will document progress, collaborate with nursing and therapy teams, educate residents and families, and uphold our resident-centered, compassionate standards of care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
