Supply and Demand Planning:Utilize advanced planning tools like Kinaxis and Oracle Planning Cloud to develop and implement supply and demand planning strategies.Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to forecast future requirements accurately.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business objectives and customer expectations.Fabless Manufacturing Process Expertise:Possess in-depth knowledge of fabless semiconductor manufacturing processes, including design, fabrication, assembly, and testing.Demonstrate strong process knowledge of the entire fabless manufacturing lifecycle, from design to delivery.Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.Liaise with foundry partners, assembly and test facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Strategic Planning and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the supply chain.Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on industry best practices and emerging trends.Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex data sets.Develop and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to support supply chain operations and strategic planning.Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a technical discipline).Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on supply planning, demand planning, fabless manufacturing processes, and analytics.Proficient in the use of advanced planning tools like Kinaxis and Oracle Planning Cloud.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
