Senior Electrical Engineer, Building Systems Design

Location: Cambridge, MA (Providence, RI or Manchester, NH also available)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Hybrid

Design the power, lighting, and fire alarm systems behind labs, schools, and universities as a Senior Electrical Engineer at an employee-owned architecture and engineering firm.

Must-Haves

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of building electrical design experience
  • Working knowledge of building and electrical codes (NEC)
  • Experience with Revit

What You'll Do

  • Lead electrical design for labs, K-12 schools, universities, and commercial buildings, from early design through construction
  • Design power, lighting, and fire alarm systems that keep buildings safe and running
  • Produce construction documents and run the supporting electrical calculations
  • Collaborate with architects and building systems engineers on integrated project teams
  • Coordinate with utilities and contractors to move projects forward
  • Support projects through construction administration and see your designs built

Nice-to-Haves

  • PE license (preferred, not required)
