Restaurant Server Manager- Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan | Full-Time, On-Site

$70,000–$80,000 | $4,000 Healthcare Stipend | Closed Sunday & Monday

Are you a strong restaurant leader who knows how to build a great service team, develop people, and hold high standards?

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Server Manager to lead approximately 25 servers within a unique full-service restaurant and private events environment.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the server team
• Lead pre-shift meetings and drive excellent service
• Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
• Recognize great performance and address issues when needed
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Handle guest concerns and support the team during busy shifts
• Oversee cash-outs, closing procedures, and service execution

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage experience
• Strong full-service restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to train and develop employees
• Confident leader who is comfortable with accountability and difficult conversations
• Hands-on, lead-by-example management style
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Toast POS experience is a plus

A Schedule That Stands Out

The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday. The Server Manager closes Friday night, works one additional evening until approximately 9:00 p.m., with flexibility throughout the remainder of the week.
