Travel RN – Acute Care Case Manager | California We're hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an Acute Care Hospital assignment! Shift: Days | 5x8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Schedule: Every Other Weekend Requirements: Active California RN License BLS Certification 5+ years of RN Case Management experience Recent Inpatient Acute Care Hospital Case Management experience is required Key Responsibilities: Care coordination and discharge planning Utilization review and length-of-stay management Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and the interdisciplinary team Coordinate post-acute care and ensure safe patient transitions If you're an experienced Acute Care Case Manager looking for your next travel assignment, I'd love to connect!
