Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Broad range of knowledge that complements a significant expertise in the specialized fields of supply and logistics operations, which has been developed through extensive experience within Naval Supply Operations in order to ensure effective distribution and delivery of services and material. Comprehensive knowledge of Navy Policy, Naval Supply Systems Command afloat supply procedures, Defense Logistics Agency, Fleet and local purchase requirements and must be able to function as the technical authority in order to support customers and stakeholders ensuring that all activities and business are conducted in line with current policy and procedures. A detailed knowledge of local sustainment procedures in a dynamic area of responsibility is required to determine how to best fulfill customer requirements. Ability to problem solve and communicate in order to independently analyze and resolve complex logistics problems along with communicating pertinent information to the Logistics Support Officer/Deputy Logistics Support Officer and Fleet Logistics Support/Operations Department Head. Technical expertise of the major areas of supply operations, specifically repairable, consumable, financial, hazardous material, fuel and other supply classes in order to provide technical advice and guidance to stakeholders and customers where appropriate Ability to analyze, review and develop in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the LSC operation during these time in order to identify any requirements to amend and or develop Standard Operating Procedures. Ability to communicate, orally and in writing, to explain policy requirements and other functional data to persons of diverse backgrounds.

Duties
- You will provide a variety of daily routine supply management duties involving all aspects of stock management of various Classes of Supply.
- You will ensure supply operations is sustained to support shipboard material requirements.
- You will utilize various databases and systems to review, validate and track outstanding requisitions.
- You will input and provide status to database and customers.
