Occupational Therapist

Christian Living Communities is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support older adults across assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehab settings. In this faith-based, mission-driven role, you will assess residents’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, document outcomes, and contribute to a compassionate, relationship-focused culture grounded in Christian values and purposeful living.
