Front-of-House Restaurant Manager

Full-Time | $65,000–$70,000

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Front-of-House Manager to lead daily service at a busy, high-caliber restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented hospitality professional ready to take the next step in management while remaining closely involved with guests and the team.

Our next manager will play an important role in strengthening the guest experience and maintaining the high standards behind our success. This is not a desk-based or hotel-style management position. Our manager is present on the floor, working alongside the team and stepping into whatever role service requires—from welcoming guests and supporting tables to solving problems in real time.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations during busy services
  • Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest
  • Work actively on the floor, including hosting and serving when needed
  • Train, coach, and motivate an energetic service team
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage daily floor coverage
  • Maintain high standards for service, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Resolve guest concerns thoughtfully and professionally
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and ownership
  • Help develop and execute private events and restaurant buyouts
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and revenue

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • A hospitality professional with restaurant leadership, supervisory, or strong shift-lead experience
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable leading from the floor
  • Calm, organized, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Able to connect with, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Willing to host, serve, manage reservations, and assist wherever needed
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to exceptional hospitality
  • Interested in growing your management career with an established restaurant
  • Experienced with scheduling and private events—or eager to develop those skills

Restaurant Manager Compensation

  • Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually,
  • Healthcare
  • PTO
  • Bonus

If you are a natural leader who loves being on the restaurant floor, thrives during a busy service, and wants to help take an established restaurant to its next level, we would love to hear from you.
