After-School Family Assistant Needed: Three Afternoons/Evenings Per Week

We are looking for a kind, dependable family assistant to support our three kids, ages 15, 13, and 8, during the coming school year. In May, we lost their father after a year-long battle with cancer. As we work to rebuild routines, we hope to find a caring, consistent person who can become a trusted part of our weekly rhythm. We are seeking help approximately three afternoons/evenings per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30–9:00 p.m., with some flexibility. Responsibilities include driving to activities, homework and organizational support, encouraging chores, helping with simple meals and evening routines, and occasionally supporting our youngest with bedtime.
