FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote safety, independence, and quality of life for older adults. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
