Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will coordinate and provide evidence-based, patient‑centered care, complete thorough assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments safely. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and document in the EMR.
