Fleet Technician (Lancaster, TX)
- Top-tier pay with real upside. Earn $35-$39/hour, plus a 20% annual bonus, overtime, and RSUs. Shifts run Tuesday - Saturday with a potential for periodic travel to remote locations for short term onsite based support.*
- Be on the front line of autonomy. Work directly with AI-powered, self-driving trucks, maintaining and modifying the very platforms that are redefining commercial freight across the southern United States.
- Hands-on role with serious impact. Inspect, certify, and maintain autonomous vehicle platforms - from diagnosing electrical faults to executing scheduled uptime work that keeps the fleet mission-ready.
- Build the systems, not just maintain them. Collaborate directly with design and validation engineers to help develop hardware systems and improve work instructions as the fleet scales.

Technician Requirements
- Must pass a background check, and drug screening
- Comfortable using basic computer systems; training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have knowledge to certify operational state of vehicles
- Must be able to create and maintain vehicle maintenance documentation to shape fleet growth to scale
