Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Sacramento, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to apply clinical skills in a post-acute care setting while experiencing professional growth in a new location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
• Client requires availability for a 30-hour guaranteed schedule to start the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rehab programs in skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in post-acute care.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift type: Flex shifts; schedule varies.
• Candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.
• 30 hours guaranteed at assignment start.
