Our client, a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join their team. As an Administrative Support Associate, you will be part of the Store Support Center supporting the team responsible for data management, reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Support Associate

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to team members to support business objectives
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel coordination
  • Gather, organize, and input data; generate basic reports as needed
  • Support documentation, systems entry, contracts, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Serve as a point of coordination for routine communication, follow-ups, and information requests

What's Needed?

  • 1+ years of experience working as an administratvie support person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
