Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator for 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will safely operate production equipment, move materials, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program manufacturing machinery according to production specifications
• Pull and transport raw materials using a sit-down propane forklift
• Use an overhead crane to safely load materials into machines
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Report equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards
• Store and organize finished materials for shipment
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, forklift, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine programming
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Preferred Skills
• Experience operating industrial machinery
• Sit-down propane forklift experience
• Overhead crane operation experience
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
