Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Supervisor on 3rd shift will supervise the management and control of maintenance, repair and operations warehouse materials within the organization. In this role, you will oversee a team that executes tactical activities to meet the area strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and prioritize material and obsolescence management as well as maintain condition strategies to provide operational effectiveness.
- Execute storeroom processes associated with receiving, inventory and dispatching for both internal and external locations.
- Collaborate with vendors and contract adherence related to maintenance repair and operations stores activities.
- Ensure all maintenance repair and operations materials are in optimum conditions.
- Improve collaborations with maintenance processes for smooth work management integration.
- Provide feedback on process and continuous improvement activities.
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Lean six sigma
Knowledge of safety principles and methodologies
Operations planning, safety and quality ownership
One year of supervisory experience
Experienced in using SAP and various reliability software and tools
