Full job description

Our client, electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operations Tech to join their team. As a Production Operations Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operations Tech

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $27 - $29

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform thorough-hole and surface-mount (SMT) PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair.
  • Install, replace, and repair electronic components while preventing damage to printed circuit boards.
  • Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies using established test procedures.
  • Interpret test results, identify failures, and accurately document test findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

What's Needed?

  • Experience working in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred).
  • Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to the component level.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.
  • Technical certification or training in electronics, PCB assembly, or related fields.
