Per Diem Physical Therapist

LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric patients across the continuum of care, designing evidence-based plans to restore function, reduce pain, and promote long-term wellness. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs.
