A growing OB/GYN practice on Californias Central Coast is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative womens health team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.
Position Highlights:
Join an established team of
8 OB/GYN Physicians , 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology support
Outpatient clinic located across the street from Salinas Valley Health Medical Center
100% outpatient womens health
Monday-Friday schedule,
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No call responsibilities
Strong physician mentorship and collaborative support staff
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary:
$158,000-$193,000
Additional
wRVU productivity compensation
30 days PTO
(1.0 FTE)
CME:
$2,000 + 5 days

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of womens health experience
as an NP beyond training
Passion for providing comprehensive outpatient womens healthcare
Excellent communication and collaborative team-based care skills
