Encompass Health seeks a rehabilitation clinician to support patients recovering from major illness or injury in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you’ll assess patient needs, contribute to individualized rehab plans, and collaborate closely with therapy, nursing, and medical teams. You’ll monitor progress, educate patients and families, and document care using EHR systems. Working in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment, you’ll gain specialty rehab training, access leadership development, and grow your career while helping patients reach their highest level of independence.
