ER Nurse

TriStar Health in Nashville seeks an experienced ER RN for its East Nashville emergency department. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse adult and pediatric patients, perform rapid assessments, administer medications, start IVs, interpret basic diagnostics, and respond to traumas and codes.
