Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to improve independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting in EHR, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
