Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active MA Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred. Experience with charting in electronic medical records preferred.
