Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. In this patient-centered role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
