This position is based out the Seattle MLK site but will cover north and east King County/South Snohomish as needed.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Job Description:
Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire or,
- Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit upon hire or,
- Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
