Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Wire Spooler Machine Operator to join their team. As a Wire Spooler Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Wire Spooler Machine Operator

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate wire spooling machinery safely and efficiently
• Handle and process wire in various colors and sizes
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, twisting, and standing for the entire shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety policies and procedures

• Ability to perform physical work for the duration of the shift
• Reliable transportation (no bus line access at this location)
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to follow instructions and work around machinery
• Safety awareness and compliance with safety requirements
