Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2170 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in a large (300 bed or more) critical care facility. Critical care experience required.

Special Requests: Must not have worked at any OSF facility in the past year.

Unit Details: RT cares for general med, intermediate, and ICU patients. Workload uses the AARC point system, approximately 26-28 points per day. Equipment includes Servo U, Servo i, LTV, and Trilogy ventilators; ResMed S9 for BiPAP/CPAP; Fisher Paykel heated high flow. Lead therapist on each shift serves as a resource and does not take an assignment. Hospitalist and intensivist coverage available 24/7.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday. No call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
