Data Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for Data Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in West Des Moines! This individual will complete information verification via online sources using a standard verification process. The individual should possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer navigation and typing skills, and strong collaborative skills to function in a team environment.

This is an onsite position located in Urbandale, Iowa.

What you’ll do

• Complete data entry and verify data and information using standard a verification processes

• Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact

• Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources

What experience you need

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Demonstrate skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, and general PC navigation, along with a strong aptitude for mastering internal software and verification tools
