Bar and Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of bar management experience in high-volume, full-service settings
• Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
• Proven history of stable tenure
• Demonstrated, hands-on leadership skills

Bar and Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience from both polished corporate concepts and independent brands
• Passion for creative cocktail programs and guest experience

Bar and Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, driving performance and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and empower the front-of-house and bar teams
• Develop innovative cocktails and contribute to menu planning
• Ensure operational excellence and high standards across the bar and restaurant
• Collaborate closely with ownership to shape the direction of the concept
