Established as a Center of Excellence within Banner Health, BAI is dedicated to advancing innovative care models, supporting patients and families, and contributing to groundbreaking clinical research and prevention initiatives.This position will primarily support the outpatient memory care program, providing comprehensive evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative conditions, including Alzheimers disease, mild cognitive impairment, Lewy body dementia, and other related disorders. The role is embedded within a multidisciplinary model that emphasizes individualized care, caregiver support, and access to advanced diagnostics and clinical trials.The ideal candidate will have an interest in cognitive neurology, geriatrics, or behavioral neurology and value a patient-centered, team-based approach.
