Assistant Nurse Manager

What We Offer:
Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Surgical I & II
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support our Surgical I & II departments during the evening/night shift. This leadership role is responsible for supporting daily unit operations, assisting nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
Responsibilities:
* Support and supervise nursing staff during shift operations
* Assist with patient flow, staffing coordination, and unit support
* Promote quality patient care and patient satisfaction
* Provide leadership support and assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed
* Serve as a resource for team members and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
* Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and leadership
What We're Looking For:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
* Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
