BreakThrough Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one, evidence-based care in our outpatient clinic. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise and functional training, and educate patients on home programs and wellness strategies.
